LíderCon is the premier leadership conference organized by LatinoLEAD, a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization committed to supporting Latine leaders and their allies. The conference features a range of informative and inspiring sessions, including keynote speakers, workshops, and panels on topics such as leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, community engagement, and more. Who can attend the conference?

LíderCon is designed for anyone interested in developing their leadership skills and connecting with Latinx leaders from various industries. Our conference is open to individuals from all backgrounds, and we welcome attendees who share our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. While the conference is designed to support emerging and established Latino leaders and their allies, anyone with an interest in leadership development is welcome to attend. What is the cost to attend?

The cost to attend LíderCon varies depending on the ticket type and when you purchase your ticket. This LíderCon 2026 ticket breakdown: $140 – Early Bird (Sep 1-Sep 30) $175 – General (Oct 1- Nov 6) $185 – Last Chance (Nov 7 and Nov 14)

What is included in the cost of attendance?

The cost of attendance for LíderCon includes conference admission and meals.

Can I sponsor LíderCon or host a table at this year's conference?

What is the refund policy for LíderCon tickets?

To request a refund for your LíderCon ticket please email us at support@latinoleadmn.org by October 30, 2026. Refund requests made after October 30, 2026 will not be eligible for refund. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at LíderCon 2026!

Are scholarships or financial assistance available to attend LíderCon?

At LatinoLEAD, we believe that everyone should have access to professional development opportunities, regardless of their financial situation. While we don't have scholarships and financial assistance opportunities available just yet, we do offer volunteer opportunities that allow individuals to join the conference for free. If price is a barrier to your entry to LíderCon 2026, please email us: support@latinoleadmn.org.

Don't know if you've been selected as a LíderCon 2026 breakout session speaker?

If you have not received an acceptance email by October 9th, then you were not selected as a breakout session speaker for LíderCon 2026. We look forward to your participation and will consider your applications for LíderCon 2027.
